Miss Prejean should sue Mr Hilton for religious discrimination under the EEOC act. She was interviewing for a job as a spokesperson. It is an unusual interview, but still an interview. Mr Hilton made it plain in interviews that he counted her answer against her in consideration for that JOB. Mr Hilton is not protected from prosecution because of his status as a gay man.
