I will not mince my words here. This needs to evoke the emotions that it will.

Elected with a 98% plurality of the black vote, Barak Obama's Presidency is born in the original sin of racism.
The first act of power of blacks in america was race based. It is as much of a stain on black power as the sin of omission in the Constitution of the United States in leaving the question of Slavery up to future generations.
Then you add in this Supreme Court pick (Sottomayor) and her proclivity to see herself as a "wise latina more capable than a white male" and you have the powder set up in a shiny keg all nice and dry.
This will be used as a recruiting tool for hate groups across america.
"The niggers did it, so now it's ok to vote based on race." will be what is said.
If the black voting block doesn't break up in the next election, and there is enough suffering still going on in our economy, this may well be the end of the republic. It will certainly be grist for those who would begin a race war in earnest.

Democrat "Leadership"

I don't think the majority of the Demothug base really believes any of the hyper leftie crud their politicians put out to get votes. I think they just put up with it to win elections and get their "rightful power" back. You really must remember that the base of the democrat party is made up of the old boy racist KKK network that will use anybody in any way they can to maintain some form of power. Just look at the people they put in office. Former Grand Kleagle of the KKK Robert Byrd is only the best example.They have these strained looking powermad freaks running their party like Harry Reid and Nancy Pelosi and Howard Dean and Algore who look like they will explode any moment from being so backed up in constipated fury!It's like watching an exlax commercial every time they get on tv.

Miss California

Miss Prejean should sue Mr Hilton for religious discrimination under the EEOC act. She was interviewing for a job as a spokesperson. It is an unusual interview, but still an interview. Mr Hilton made it plain in interviews that he counted her answer against her in consideration for that JOB. Mr Hilton is not protected from prosecution because of his status as a gay man.

What do we do now?

I am under no delusions that we live in a purely capitalist country, and haven't since the Federal Reserve was established by thieves and those who would destroy the concept of constitutional law.

The problem with our country today can be traced directly to government intervention.

The housing problem for instance can be traced to layer after layer of government interference with the natural ebb and flow of the market. First it was the New Deal Subsidies under the Roosevelt administration. then it became veterans loans, then it was the FHA, then the HUD and then it was a layer of tax incentives for taking credit against your income tax for mortgage interest payments, then it became ARM's and the Community Reinvestment Act.
It's like picking at a scab. It never works to fix the problem. It just delays it, and adds another layer of government subsidy and beaurocracy, and taxes for said personell and subsidies.

Then there's Social Security. The idiocy they are trying right now of "stimulus payments" would be completely moot, if you just gave everybody back all the money they paid into the Social Security system, that has been sucking money out of the economy for decades. You add ten percent per annum compounded annually over the life of their payments. Anyone over 55 would be allowed to stay on the program ,(or not if they want) and it would be taken from the general fund if a deficit in the fund arose. Everyone under 55 would be out of the system, and allowed to set up a tax free retirement account with the money. Talk about establishing a new level of savings in this country. Where do you think all our money went in the first place? This would recapitalize the banks, and everything would return to normalcy.

GET RID OF HOUSING SUBSIDIES. Nobody would need them anymore anyway.Then you put a $15.00 a barrel tax on all IMPORTED oil, and use the money to start a Rural Solarization Project. This would eliminate the line losses from long distance transmission lines. It would have a secondary effect of eliminating the need for importation of more oil. Not to mention making localities more independent in case of national emergency. Part of the program would establish a mortgage refinancing program for people who agreed to rooftop solar voltaics, and electric cars added to their mortgage, further reducing the need for imported oil. This would have a net effect of eliminating the number one problem with our trade deficit: OIL. It would make our own marginal oil fields proffitable to operate because of the importation tax.

Now as for the problem with classical socialist theory. It never takes human nature into account. People are greedy by nature. It can't be bred out. If you tried it you would wind up with a bunch of impotent nothings that wouldn't breed. Greed is a function of human sexuality. Thag gets Ooma a pretty bead necklace with the furs he skinned from the foxes he hunted down. I can't explain it any better than that. If you don't get it then you don't have a single ounce of alpha male in you.

There can NEVER be real socialism. Beacuse of human nature. It always breaks down into a corrupt form, run by the most distasteful elements of society, using well meaning people to bring themselves to power. It will always be thus. This is the great genius of capitalism. It harnesses greed for the greater good, instead of leaving it to find a niche for the assertion of personal power in a certain to be established heirarchy of the elite.
Socialism destroys humanism. Do you believe in evolution? Humans are involved in a new form of evolution. It still involves the survival of the fittest. Socialism retards evolution. It essentialy steals drive from the human condition and replaces it with dependency.

Tea party tango

I was at the Knoxville Tea Party today on the old Worlds Fair site. It was much better than I expected in turnout. They couldn't get everyone into the ampitheater. I would personally estimate the local crowd to have been in excess of four thousand. I was profoundly happy about that. People ARE getting tired of this crap.
And I was beginning to think I was shouting into the wind.
Not anymore.
The enthusiasm and vigor of the crowd was impressive by any standard.
People of all ages were there. I think that was the most encouraging aspect of it all. The number of college age people there easily equalled the ones my own age. We are off to the races on this one.
The MSM may try to ignore this but the politicians certainly cannot.
It reminds me of the H. Ross Perot effect on the budget during the Clinton years.
They were scared of losing power to a viable third party. That's what actually got that budget under control back then, and it's what will do it today.
The Republicans have been too much like Democrat lite, and the Democrats are just what we knew they would be.
I have to wonder what the headlines on tomorrows papers will be. Did they get it? Do they care?

The Cure

They say that social security is the third rail of politics.
What if we eliminate that rail? What if we print enough money to send all the people that paid into the system, to send their money back with 10% interest for all those years?

We can keep the disability protion of Social Security without an extra tax.
Can you imagine what the senior citizens will be able to do with that money?
Can you imagine what the average family will be able to do with that money?

This is a part of the problem we are experiencing right now. They have been acting as vampires on our economy in Washington for decades with this drain of our savings potential. If you return the savings that Washington has robbed from the American people we will not need a stimulus at all.

They have been using the money they have taken from us and spent it on the budget. All that's left are a bunch of IOU's in a drawer in Virginia.

Stop stealing from us. Stop taking our futures from us. Stop violating our rights and the Constitution. End the income tax and pass The Fair Tax. If you do this there will be a resurgence in America. We won't need any housing subsidies. We won't need the HUD or FHA or the VA loan program or the Community Reinvestment Act. We won't need the housing assistance programs for the poor because they won't be poor anymore. We won't need Mortgage Interest Deductions from an income tax that ceases to exist.

Legalize it!

I know this stand will shock some of the people that read my blog.
Just read it thouroughly before getting worked up.

The people that want drugs kept illegal all benefit from it in some way.
The Mafia turns a profit
The Politician gets an issue to demogogue
The Priest/Rabbi/Pastor/Mullah gets to rail against the evils of drug use.
The terrorist gets a source of funding.

All that goes away if you legalize them and you can grow marijuana and coca in your back yard.
The crime stops because nobody has to steal to get a buzz.
Law enforcement gets a break to fight real crime.
Prisons suddenly don't have to let out the hard criminals to house druggies.
You get to tax what is sold to fund treatment programs.
You get to pay less tax on prison space from overcrowded prisons with revolving doors.
People get jobs selling legal drugs.
Since it costs less to get high you have fewer people on social services.
A bag of weed that goes for $100.00 now will sell for about $5.00.
The funding for terrorists goes away.
Border traffic gets less dangerous for our border patrol because there would be no reason to import what you can grow. And it would be legal anyway.
The underground balance of trade would stop hemmoraghing our nations cash.
Fewer cops get killed trying to stop crazed drug trafficers.
Gang activity would almost cease.
Our neighborhoods would be safer.

The whole thing makes money available to bribe politicians with. It makes it possible to intimidate people to keep them from talking. It makes prostitution necessary for many women hooked on drugs by pimps that use them for a source of income.
This is why we should also legalize prostitution. Eliminate the pimp and the prostitute may get help. She will certainly be able to keep her money and get treated for diseases. The dirty politician won't be able to intimidate the prostitute into silence. Neither could the dirty priest/pastor/rabbi. They would have no hold over the prostitute.
I could go on and on.
But will the dogmatists listen?

Why would a God fearing American help drug dealers make money off of your kids?
Why would they let the pimps be able to bribe politicians into turning your daughter into a hooker?
Legalize it and control it and tax it and that will stop.

Punish the acts of the individual. Not society as a whole.
Punish the drunk driver but keep alcohol legal.
Punish the drugged driver but make drugs legal.

Only a dealer would be against legalization.
Or maybe a terrorist. Or a politician trying to hide something.
Or a priest/rabbi/pastor/imam trying to hide something.
Or a brainwashed true believer.

An object study of Biasing a study

I found this study that loudly proclaims that 1/3 of american football players had sexual relations with other men.
It isn't until you get to the third paragraph that they tell you that the study group of these men didn't make it from the high school ranks into college football and became CHEERLEADERS instead. Do you think that MIGHT bias their study just a tad wee bit?
