An Energy Liscense to sell your house.

The new cap and trade bill, HR 2454 "The American Clean Energy and Security Act of 2009", contains provisions for an energy liscense you will be required to get to sell your house.
This will take effect within one year of passage.
It will place undue burdens on people to sell lower price homes and cost an average of close to $6,000 per home. Talk about a home sales killer.
It will trap the poor in their homes and make it almost impossible for a person to get out from under a mortgage they can no longer afford.
Upward mobility is anathema to socialists.
