The Tax Deal

There is something not being pointed out here. The continuation of class warfare by having ANY estate taxes at all. This is intended to keep capitalists from having the resources to defend themselves.

Nobody is pointing out that most of the rising gap between the rich and poor is because there are so many more people that can be considered rich. It's still not that high a percentage of the population but it will affect the statistical comparison.
Then again they haven't substantially raised the poverty line for several years..

The 2% reduction of the Social Security tax is intended to INCREASE the problems with social security solvency while getting kudos from tax cutters and getting the TEA party off Obama's back. Then they will demagogue the issue leading up to the 2012 election.
I do like the way the next expiration of unemployment benefits is in the spring. This way they can't say that we are putting people out in the cold when the next attempt to extend occurs.

Koppel's Hypocrisy

Ted Koppel the longtime nightline libtard commuist has written a piece in the Washington post decrying the death of "real journalism" on TV. This hypocrite has called out Keith Olberman and a host of other media pundits as if it wasn't what he himself that was guilty of this on his own show.

He has taken on Olberman, Maddow, Matthews, Beck, Hannity, and O'Reilly with his attempt to link Fox with MSLSD in the same argument.

This is a well disguised attempt to paint Fox's news coverage with the same brush as MSLSD's opinion coverage.
The man who brought the communists into your living room with Vladimir Posner has no room to talk about anybody elses fairness or spin. Bringing Posner into our living rooms without opposing viewpoints from a regular conservative on his show (Nightline) was the height of communist dominance of American television.

Loud and clear!

It seems that TEA party participants are being heard loud and clear. This Email was sent to me from Tea Party Patriots today:

Please stop calling and emailing

You Have Been Heard!

Thank you for making calls to your Congressmen-elect urging them to attend our freshman orientation this weekend. It's time to turn off the heat.

We also need to apologize to some people. In our haste to compile the list and get it out to you, some people who didn't win their races were incorrectly included as having won. People who dedicate a year or more of their lives to running for office, and who don't succeed, are as deserving of our respect and support as those who ultimately prevailed. In many cases, they have sacrificed their time, money, and families to the cause of restoring the nation to its Constitutional foundation.

Specifically, we need to offer our sincere apologies to a John Koster, Jesse Kelly, and Keith Fimian who ran for office and did not get elected but who were inadvertently added to our list. Additionally, we had a long call with David Harmer from California tonight. He is in a recount, and is dealing with the results of what appears to be large scale voter fraud, and may not win his office. The last thing he and his family need is pressure from us, and we apologize for any stress we may have added to their lives. If you'd like to offer your support for David and his family, please visit his website at www.harmerforcongress.com.

If you forwarded our original email asking you to make calls, or if you posted it on your site, please let folks know to stop. You've made your point, and it's time to let the Freshmen get to work.

We close each email by saying you are the heart and soul of the tea party movement. That is not something we say lightly. The movement would not exist without you. Our Constitution will never be restored without you. Thank you for continuing to work so hard to hold the newly elected officials accountable. Together we can and will restore our founding principles.

Keep up the good work. It's time to concentrate on the next election as our main push. Who will we primary out and who in the Democrat party will we target? Can we primary out Democrats too?

Climategate Update

A big hat tip to Radio Refugee at http://www.politicalforum.com/showpost.php?p=3122916&postcount=1

It appears the cracks in the Global Warming Hoax are becoming continental separations!
Judith Curry at Purdue University has taken the IPCC to the mat.:

Wait a minute, what climate change problem? In 1992, we had just completed the first IPCC assessment report, here was their conclusion: “The size of this warming is broadly consistent with predictions of climate models, but it is also of the same magnitude as natural climate variability. . . The unequivocal detection of the enhanced greenhouse effect from observations is not likely for a decade or more.”

Syncophanitc slobbering at MSNBC

The Obama Synchophants at MSLSD have reached a new low with this buddy buddy appeal to Sarah Palin from "Media Matters For America's" spokesperson David Brock, to stop Glenn Beck. This is two wimps talking to each other to get Palin to throw Beck overboard so that they will start to LIKE her. They try to make it look like it would be a good thing for her to do this for her career. The conspiratorial atmosphere between these two metrosexual wimps is hillariously evident to anybody not enamored by Camelot 2.

Confusing sexuality with adornment.

I always knew I didn't like makeup on women and I just realised why. It has to do with the attempt by homosexuals to use the fashion industry to interchange men with women. They have made sexuality about the adornments and not the gender of the adorned. This is manifested in the EMO look of today. The reason that lingerie was invented is to pervert sexuality. They want to confuse you by making sexuality about adornments so they can try to confuse your sexual responses to interchange men with women. It's also the reason for the boyish (flatchested) looks of most "supermodels" these days.

Just have yourself a look at some of the size zero models and some of the gay parade participants. It gets clear as a bell when you realise what's going on. I'm not saying they are all doing this, but it's prevalent.
I'll probably have to come back and rework this post some.

Daily Kos to attempt search engine biasing

Our friends over at Breitbart have come up with a doozy of a capture. It seems that people at the Daily Kos are planning on an attempt to skew search results so as to make Republican candidates look worse by trying to increase hits on searches for scandals involving Republicans.
They will try anything and everything and will stop at nothing to win.

UC Santa Barbara Professor Emeritus resigns from APS

Professor Emeritus in Physics at UC Santa Barbara Hal Lewis has resigned from the Americam Physical Society.  This is a link to his open letter of resignation as published by the Daily Telegraph . In it Lewis calls Global Warming the greatest scam in history.

Sent: Friday, 08 October 2010 17:19 Hal Lewis

From: Hal Lewis, University of California, Santa Barbara

To: Curtis G. Callan, Jr., Princeton University, President of the American Physical Society

6 October 2010

Dear Curt:

When I first joined the American Physical Society sixty-seven years ago it was much smaller, much gentler, and as yet uncorrupted by the money flood (a threat against which Dwight Eisenhower warned a half-century ago).

Indeed, the choice of physics as a profession was then a guarantor of a life of poverty and abstinence—it was World War II that changed all that. The prospect of worldly gain drove few physicists. As recently as thirty-five years ago, when I chaired the first APS study of a contentious social/scientific issue, The Reactor Safety Study, though there were zealots aplenty on the outside there was no hint of inordinate pressure on us as physicists. We were therefore able to produce what I believe was and is an honest appraisal of the situation at that time. We were further enabled by the presence of an oversight committee consisting of Pief Panofsky, Vicki Weisskopf, and Hans Bethe, all towering physicists beyond reproach. I was proud of what we did in a charged atmosphere. In the end the oversight committee, in its report to the APS President, noted the complete independence in which we did the job, and predicted that the report would be attacked from both sides. What greater tribute could there be?

How different it is now. The giants no longer walk the earth, and the money flood has become the raison d’ĂȘtre of much physics research, the vital sustenance of much more, and it provides the support for untold numbers of professional jobs. For reasons that will soon become clear my former pride at being an APS Fellow all these years has been turned into shame, and I am forced, with no pleasure at all, to offer you my resignation from the Society.

It is of course, the global warming scam, with the (literally) trillions of dollars driving it, that has corrupted so many scientists, and has carried APS before it like a rogue wave. It is the greatest and most successful pseudoscientific fraud I have seen in my long life as a physicist. Anyone who has the faintest doubt that this is so should force himself to read the ClimateGate documents, which lay it bare. (Montford’s book organizes the facts very well.) I don’t believe that any real physicist, nay scientist, can read that stuff without revulsion. I would almost make that revulsion a definition of the word scientist.

So what has the APS, as an organization, done in the face of this challenge? It has accepted the corruption as the norm, and gone along with it. For example:

1. About a year ago a few of us sent an e-mail on the subject to a fraction of the membership. APS ignored the issues, but the then President immediately launched a hostile investigation of where we got the e-mail addresses. In its better days, APS used to encourage discussion of important issues, and indeed the Constitution cites that as its principal purpose. No more. Everything that has been done in the last year has been designed to silence debate

2. The appallingly tendentious APS statement on Climate Change was apparently written in a hurry by a few people over lunch, and is certainly not representative of the talents of APS members as I have long known them. So a few of us petitioned the Council to reconsider it. One of the outstanding marks of (in)distinction in the Statement was the poison word incontrovertible, which describes few items in physics, certainly not this one. In response APS appointed a secret committee that never met, never troubled to speak to any skeptics, yet endorsed the Statement in its entirety. (They did admit that the tone was a bit strong, but amazingly kept the poison word incontrovertible to describe the evidence, a position supported by no one.) In the end, the Council kept the original statement, word for word, but approved a far longer “explanatory” screed, admitting that there were uncertainties, but brushing them aside to give blanket approval to the original. The original Statement, which still stands as the APS position, also contains what I consider pompous and asinine advice to all world governments, as if the APS were master of the universe. It is not, and I am embarrassed that our leaders seem to think it is. This is not fun and games, these are serious matters involving vast fractions of our national substance, and the reputation of the Society as a scientific society is at stake.

3. In the interim the ClimateGate scandal broke into the news, and the machinations of the principal alarmists were revealed to the world. It was a fraud on a scale I have never seen, and I lack the words to describe its enormity. Effect on the APS position: none. None at all. This is not science; other forces are at work.

4. So a few of us tried to bring science into the act (that is, after all, the alleged and historic purpose of APS), and collected the necessary 200+ signatures to bring to the Council a proposal for a Topical Group on Climate Science, thinking that open discussion of the scientific issues, in the best tradition of physics, would be beneficial to all, and also a contribution to the nation. I might note that it was not easy to collect the signatures, since you denied us the use of the APS membership list. We conformed in every way with the requirements of the APS Constitution, and described in great detail what we had in mind—simply to bring the subject into the open.

5. To our amazement, Constitution be damned, you declined to accept our petition, but instead used your own control of the mailing list to run a poll on the members’ interest in a TG on Climate and the Environment. You did ask the members if they would sign a petition to form a TG on your yet-to-be-defined subject, but provided no petition, and got lots of affirmative responses. (If you had asked about sex you would have gotten more expressions of interest.) There was of course no such petition or proposal, and you have now dropped the Environment part, so the whole matter is moot. (Any lawyer will tell you that you cannot collect signatures on a vague petition, and then fill in whatever you like.) The entire purpose of this exercise was to avoid your constitutional responsibility to take our petition to the Council.

6. As of now you have formed still another secret and stacked committee to organize your own TG, simply ignoring our lawful petition.

APS management has gamed the problem from the beginning, to suppress serious conversation about the merits of the climate change claims. Do you wonder that I have lost confidence in the organization?

I do feel the need to add one note, and this is conjecture, since it is always risky to discuss other people’s motives. This scheming at APS HQ is so bizarre that there cannot be a simple explanation for it. Some have held that the physicists of today are not as smart as they used to be, but I don’t think that is an issue. I think it is the money, exactly what Eisenhower warned about a half-century ago. There are indeed trillions of dollars involved, to say nothing of the fame and glory (and frequent trips to exotic islands) that go with being a member of the club. Your own Physics Department (of which you are chairman) would lose millions a year if the global warming bubble burst. When Penn State absolved Mike Mann of wrongdoing, and the University of East Anglia did the same for Phil Jones, they cannot have been unaware of the financial penalty for doing otherwise. As the old saying goes, you don’t have to be a weatherman to know which way the wind is blowing. Since I am no philosopher, I’m not going to explore at just which point enlightened self-interest crosses the line into corruption, but a careful reading of the ClimateGate releases makes it clear that this is not an academic question.

I want no part of it, so please accept my resignation. APS no longer represents me, but I hope we are still friends.

This is another nail in the coffin of AGW otherwise known as the Warmist Hoax. I fully expect him to be treated like Gallileo.

The APS has responded and Lewis has also:

The Death Penalty

The recent execution of Albert Greenwood Brown for capital murder has spawned a debate on Political Forum. I have posed a question which I believe would demonstrate the need for the death penalty, as well as arguments in favor of it.

Allowing convicted murderers to remain in the general prison population will inevitably lead to escapes and more murders. Not to mention those they will kill behind bars who are in for lesser crimes. Their continued presence creates a heightened atmosphere of evil and mayhem that has led to prisons becoming internal kingdoms of destruction and fear and homosexual rape.
You are breeding evil by not enforcing the death penalty swiftly.

There's no such thing as perfect security with humans involved. Not to mention they would still be around other prisoners. The non murderer types. You're still putting their lives at risk. Not to mention the guards and people living around the prison area.

Why is it essential to you to risk everybody elses life for a convicted murderer? They are given a fair trial, they are guilty, they are a risk to everybody around them. They are a drag on society and not worth the air they breathe.

Lets just put this to a test. What is the ratio of innocents killed because a convicted murderer wasn't executed vs innocents executed by the state?

Anybody got anything on that?

How many innocent were executed by the government in the US in the last thirty years versus how many were killed by convicted murderers who got a chance to kill again?
And don't try that BS argument about the ones killed in wars.

The Liberal Dinosaur Media.

The decision by Christine O'Donnell to ignore the liberal national media is refreshing. It's also a duplicate of what is being done by TEA party candidates nationwide who are fed up with the attack dogs of the Democrat party. The Democrats wouldn't debate on Fox in the last presidential election and this is payback.
The Liberal Dinosaur Media will have to beg conservatives to go on their programs from now on.
They are losing relevancy daily. I will not miss them.  I even threw out my TV. I suggest you do it too. it's nothing but drivel any more anyway.

The problem with involving religion in government.

This is what getting the government in the business of marriage created. Now you see where it leads when you involve government in the religious ceremonies and regulating them. Instead of the church controlling who gets married it's the government doing it. And they will now tell you that you MUST allow gay marriage. You need to get this through your heads now. SEPARATION of church and state was the idea of Jesus.
" Render unto Caesar that which is Caesars, and unto God that which is God's"
This was meant in two ways:
separation of the spirit from the body
separaton of the religious from the secular.

Making sins into secular crimes is against his teachings also.
"Let ye among thee who hath not sinned cast the first stone."
and when the woman asked what her punishment should be, he said " Go and sin no more".

This is how Sharia teachings have also infiltrated our government, by the use of the Christian denominations to do their work for them. They get you used to having the government run by the religious zealots and then they have you.

It's what you deserve.

Green Energy Future hits a snag.

It turns out that "one of Solyndra's biggest stakeholders is Argonaut Ventures I. Its majority owner is Oklahoma oil billionaire George Kaiser, who was a "bundler"of campaign funds for the Obama-Biden campaign"

Should I run for office?

My platform would be this:

Here is the tax proposal:

And now to balance the budget:

We enact an import tax on foreign oil. That, coupled with the complete removal of any income tax and any payroll deduction under the Fair Tax, the budget will balance. Removing investment penalties will bring an estimated $7,000,000,000,000 (thats trillion) in offshore accounts home to what will become the largest tax haven in the world. The level of economic activity that will stimulate will dwarf anything that this puny socialist moron Obummer can concieve.

The Import Oil Tax will have the effect of reducing our balance of trade deficit and fund a National Rural Energy Independence Project that will completely remove the rural areas from the power grid. What we do is create mini power grids where you use the small farmers subsidy programs to build solar farms and wean them off subsidy by having them sell a new cash crop-energy-! This will save the family farm and decentralize the national power grid making America more secure.

This will eliminate line losses from the grid and make much of the power generation capacity of the US obsolete. Then you shut down all of the oil fired plants, and much of the coal fired ones to boot

The Import Oil Tax will have the added effect of making domestc wells more proffitable thus lowering the world oil demand / price outside the US. This will drive an economic recovery worldwide. It will also lower the price of oil outside of the US, effectively burrying the tax in lower prices. Which will have the effect of eating any economic damage it might have had on the US economy.

This will do more to reduce greenhouse gas emissions than any cap and trade proposal on the books.

The worldwide economic recovery will produce a boom for American manufacturing. Producing jobs.

I will also propose that all federally subsidized housing meet stringent standards for energy efficiency of a certain BTU per square floor foot . Without meeting that standard any subsidy will be cut off. This will make landlords give a damn about how much they are costing the taxpayer.

This will have a multiple effect of saving the taxpayer money for power subsidies and stimulate the construction industry. Without spending a dime of taxpayer money to do it.

The Great Evolution Misconception.

I am going to point out the great fallacy in the debate of evolution. The idea that one species evolves into another one. This is false. Evolution states no such thing. Evolution classes branches of development within a species.

You begin with a group of separate unicellular creatures which each evolve to become multicellular. Each becomes a separate species at that moment. These species evolve along separate paths. Many become many separate species of plants and many become many separate species of animals. The apes branched out from a singular species just as a human genealogical tree branches out. Chimpanzees evolved ALONGSIDE humans, they did not BECOME humans. The evolutionary split came many millions of years ago. We went one way and they went another. The idea that humans came from apes is a complete misunderstanding of the process.

I hope that clears that up for those of you who think evolution claims that humans evolved from apes. IT DOESN"T!!!! It claims that early humans were APELIKE!!!
Even scientists get this so wrong it makes my brain itch.

What if they said it was to promote a new understanding between blacks and whites in America?

Chinese economy predicted to crash

Marc Fabers prediction that the Chinese economy may soon crash
( http://www.bloomberg.com/apps/news?pid=20601010&sid=aMbfBKW.uKn4 ) adds weight to my prediction of a brewing revolution in that nation. I have predicted for several years that there will be a revolution in China between 2012 and 2017 similar to the fall of the Soviet Union.

The old guard is dying off and the new blood sees no need for the restrictive ways of their predecessors. Economic freedoms are bringing the need for freedom to a fever pitch and an economic downturn in China will be the match that sets it off. I just hope there is someone of Gorbachev's caliber in charge of the old structure and a new guy like Yeltsin waiting in the wings to advance the cause. It would be to the old guards advantage to have a peacefull handover of power like the old Soviet Union rather than a bloody revolution in which the old guard is slaughtered.

The Bolshevik Revolution happened in 1917-1922, and the Chinese revolution took place in the 1940's. The age differences of the old guard are just about right. The originators of the communist revolution are all dead. China was not a single nation before the revolution for any practical purpose and it will disentigrate back into the various provincialities which will become nation states. I believe it is also being pushed by the one child rule making a deficit of female babies. The deficit is now at 30 million fewer girls than boys. That's a war in the making.

An Energy Liscense to sell your house.

The new cap and trade bill, HR 2454 "The American Clean Energy and Security Act of 2009", contains provisions for an energy liscense you will be required to get to sell your house.
This will take effect within one year of passage.
It will place undue burdens on people to sell lower price homes and cost an average of close to $6,000 per home. Talk about a home sales killer.
It will trap the poor in their homes and make it almost impossible for a person to get out from under a mortgage they can no longer afford.

Bill Haslam shoots self in foot in race for Governor

Bill Haslam, who is running for the Republican nomination for Governor of the State of Tennessee denied permission to the TEA party to use the assembly room of the Knoxville/Knox County City/County building to show a film about the anniversary of the movement.

The supposed conservative Republican called the group too "one sided".

Haslam, the son of Pilot Oil founder Jim Haslam, has amassed a fortune in campaign donations which will now go for naught!

He just lost! What a dope!
From the email.:

to unsubscribe reply with "UNSUBSCRIBE"

MOVIE VIEWING- The movie viewing went on as scheduled on Saturday. We did not know that there would be that much traffic there. I apologize especially if anybody drove to campus and left because they couldn't find a parking place. The UT staff members who I talked to told me that we could park in the garage next to the University Center and actually suggested it. I'm sorry that the garage was not open but that is an issue which we WILL be taking up with those who told us it would be open.

OUR ORIGINAL PLAN- We originally had the City County Building scheduled for that same time but were denied access by Knoxville Mayor Bill Haslam. When asked for a reason he remarked that the Tea Party movement was "one-sided."

OUR NEXT STEP- Since Mayor Haslam thinks that we are "one-sided" we want to extend the opportunity for anybody to voice their opinion on this matter as well as others. We want to come up with a list of topics to talk about and we will discuss these matters right outside of the City County Building. We will have a loud speaker and rules that will include no cursing. Each person that wants to come up and speak will have a time limit and will be video taped. The best speeches will be posted on the website for all to view (as long as the speaker permits).

WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU? The topics will be in the form of a question and the one that we chose was "Why should we be allowed to use the City County Building (since we pay for it with our tax dollars)?" The other topics are going to be chosen by you. Choose 2-3 questions that you feel are most important and send them to me. Keep them short. The high that day will be 43 degrees so if anyone has an outdoor propane heater then we would love to use it. Either way we are converging to let our voices be heard. Come join us if you want to be heard. Send us your questions and we will see you on Thursday. We will be meeting there each week until they let us use the building. We'll send out more about that in upcoming emails.

ALSO- DVD's are here. We called everybody on the list that purchased one. We didn't get ahold of everyone so those who we did not speak with please contact us by replying to this email.

Thanks Knoxville....

EDIT:  addenda,
Jon's reply to the idea that the Mayor has no influence in this matter. As if you're only supposed to go through the public building authority. :

We did. We asked the PBA on about 5 different occasions what the procedures were. They even reserved the building for us but had to wait for approval from one of the mayors offices to "officially" book it. I called the PBA myself so I can tell you on my word that the PBA does not have the say so in who ultimately uses the building. I'll be putting out an email tonight about this. A friend of Bill's forwarded me an email with a reply supposedly from him. I'll send the contents out with my email.

EDIT TWO: Further from the Knoxville TEA party

I want to make it clear that I neither support nor oppose Bill Haslam. This is my personal opinion and not necessarily the position of the Knoxville Tea Party. I believe that the biggest problem in our country is uninformed voters. If we stayed informed in political activities then we wouldn't be in this mess so I don't want anybody to take what I said in one of my previous emails and use that as the determining factor as to whether or not they vote for Bill. This is counter-productive to the Tea Party movement.
Many have asked what exactly happened. A fellow Tea Partyer contacted the Public Building Authority and actually reserved the Main Assembly Room for the Feb. 27th. We were then instructed that we would have to get approval from one of the Mayor's offices. He visited both Mayor Haslam's and Ragsdale's offices. Mayor Ragsdale never got back with us but the response that we received from our request with Mayor Haslam's office was that we wouldn't be able to use the facility because we were a "one-sided" political party.

I can't prove that those words came directly from his mouth but the message that was issued by him or on his behalf can be read below:
Bill Haslam

Unfortunately there was a misunderstanding regarding the Tea Party’s request to use the City/County Building. The Public Building Authority manages the building, sets all policies for its usage, and makes decisions regarding group requests. I fully support the goals of the Tea Party and believe these groups are making a difference across the country. In fact, I spoke with an East Tennessee Tea Party group this past weekend in Morristown.
Like I said I can't prove that those words came from his mouth but I called the Public Building Authority myself after we were denied access and they told me that one of the Mayor's offices would have to approve it first.

Don't let this issue be the reason that you don't vote for Bill research his policy positions, get informed, then vote.

The Nuclear option

Since the first passage of the Health Bill here have been three democrats either die or leave the House that voted for it the first time around. Murtha,Abercrombie of Hawaii, and Wexler of Florida.

The point being that they don't HAVE the votes to pass a nuclear option or there would never have been a Whitehouse Summit in the first place. They are trying to shake loose a few votes from republicans to pass anything at all.

This will make it more difficult than the last time and there is an election coming right around the corner. Many will be opposed in early primaries by people who could take them down with the issue.

Lets get the tea party voters to concentrate on getting the primary opponents of those who voted for it the last time, some monetary support to put the heat on them early!

"It isn't necessary to get them to see the light, just make them feel the heat"- Ronald Reagan

Psychology of neurotics.

The intellectual wasteland of modern pseudopsychology is being politicised ever more deeply than before. This is nothing more than propagandism for the leftist agenda of the pseudointellectual diatribe of socialism.

Psychologists become enamored of psychology because they percieve something wrong with themselves. Making Psychology a neurotic introspective in and of itself. And completely useless in explanation of anything other than the neurotic egocentric whims of it's practitioners.

To wit:

According to this paper they did a "study" and found that people who have religious beliefs are 6 points dumber than atheists.
Bet you even money that the originator of and compilers of the "study" were atheists.

Nazi's were socialists, leftists. Not right wingers.

All that is needed is a single quote...........

“We are socialists, we are enemies of today’s capitalistic economic system for the exploitation of the economically weak, with its unfair salaries, with its unseemly evaluation of a human being according to wealth and property instead of responsibility and performance, and we are all determined to destroy this system under all conditions.” ~ Adolf Hitler, May 1st, 1927

Sounds like Pinky and the Brain.....
"Wot are we going to do tomorrow, Brain?"
" What do we do every day, Pinky? Try to take over the world!!!!!

This post has been edited to remove a mistaken quote of Barak Obama.

The US and Europe not carbon devils!

There is a very interesting graphic I came across last night. It shows that the US and Western Europe are carbon sinks and the rest of the world is the problem. It's from a UN source. I have to wonder why this graphic isn't being published by the American mainstream media!

It seems that eastern Asia is becoming carbon neutral without coaxing and so are Eastern Europe and Central Asia as well as Australia. The places that are contributing to the carbon problem ( if you want to call it that)seem to be Tropical America, Tropical Africa, and South Asia.

Why should we ruin our economies when we are CLEARLY not the problem?

Jack Murtha exits

I will not cry at the passing of John Murtha. The man urinated on any honor he once posessed during the Abscam weasling and later in his comments on the Haditha problem in Iraq. The man convicted fellow men of arms without trial in the press for personal political gain. I say good riddance to bad rubbish. I only hope that Murtha found Christ before he died. May God save his soul from his corruption here on earth.

A little Humor

There's a used car salesman and a lawyer sitting in a bar commiserating about how nobody trusts or likes them. Then the bartender walks over and says "hey guys don't sweat it, at least you're not climate scientists".......

A Banner week!

As I sit here on thursday night i feel very satisfied that the victories are piling up.

First Scott Brown wins in Massachusetts.

Then the Supreme Court strikes down McCain-Feingold and campaign finance laws. Restoring the first amendment to most of it's power.

Now the news that Air America, the leftist propagandist thug of the radio world, has decided to file chapter 7 bankruptcy and go into liquidation.

It's going to be a great weekend!

Will Obama have the decency to resign?

Massachusetts Special Election results

Nearly a month ago I started sounding the campaign horn across the internet. I was sounding it for Scott Brown. From my little one bedroom home in Knoxville I already knew that there was an untapped potential for an extreme upset there.
People, denied a voice long enough, will rush to speak when they see a chance to do so with effectiveness. Massachusetts is such a place. The "nattering naybobs of negativity", to quote Spiro T. Agnew, have ruled there for long enough.
The Kennedy dynasty is truly dying tonight.
Or maybe not. If the Democrat machine tries to fix the election, by intimidation at the polls, there may be violence from the pent up conservatives who have been denied a voice for so long.
I predicted that there would be an expression of frustration by those denied a voice.
It's happening in Iran. And now it's happening in Massachusetts.
People will pursue the peaceful way until they are forced to use other means by the dictators of the left.

It is now 15 minutes until the close of the polls in Massachusetts. I am listening to the Tennessee vs. Alabama basketball game in the background. It hasn't been interrupted by any news flashes yet. So there hasn't been any violence of any magnitude. Halftime. Time to check the news. I will report after the game on anything of signifigance.
