Fixing America

America is in a financial bind. I know how to get us out of it.

U.S.Savings Bonds should be given to everybody that has paid into the Social Security System to replace all of the money we put into it in premium payments. We can't give the money back directly but we can do it long term in the form of bonds. The bonds would be negotiable instruments with definite term of maturity. These bonds would have the same interest rate as the T-Bill rate on the day of issue, thus creating a ready market for them. People would be able to opt out from the social security system, over the age of 55, in favor of getting the bonds. Under 55 it would be mandatory.
Purchase of the bonds would be mandatory for 30 years after the start of the program from payrolls as a substitute for being in Social Security. This will continue to fund the system for those who opt to stay in the Social Security system.
This has several benefits.
First there would be a government backed security you can place in your own retirement account.
Second you will have a tangible asset that you can use as a basis of credit.
Third you would have a salable asset to use to back your purchase of a home or any other type of real investment you might want to pursue.
Fourth it would eliminate the open ended obligation that is now on the back of the taxpaying public citizen.
Fifth it will wean Americans off of the government dependency merry go round.
Sixth it will restore American solvency and be a bigger stimulus than anything you ever saw.
Seventh it will give you something to pass on to your children. Thus building family cohesion.

Social Security has been like a vampire sucking blood out of this economy for 70 years. It's time to give our blood back.

Edits and additions:

I have seemingly left out provisions for disability coverages. This should be addressed in a separate fund. I am quite certain we can afford disability payments much easier than we can afford open ended retirement accounts, and death panels in state run medical coverage, intended to shorten the pay out for medical and retirement benefits. (the back door deficit reduction effort of liberal fascism)
The 2010 payout in social security disability insurance was $127 billion. Much less than the $2.336 trillion for retirement benefits that is expected to grow nearly exponentialy. This can be done from the general fund.

Socialism vs. Capitalism and A Representative Republic

The real problem with all forms of state controlled econmies is a simple one. There is no other outlet for mans need for power. In state controlled economies the power structure does not allow a separate track for monetary power versus political power. These meld into one and therefore become dictaorships. It has never failed. Mao, Stalin, Pol Pot, Hitler, the list is endless. The difference between this and capitalist republics is the ability to have a safety valve for those seeking personal power. With the right government structure and a well educated populace we can keep our liberties intact. But only if we keep certain people from taking over the education of our children. This is what the current fight is about in Wisconsin. It's what the fight is about across the nation.
We need to repeal the income tax amendment. [16]
We need to repeal the direct election of Senators.[17]

Chinese desert patterns.

The  giant patterns in the Chinese desert are various scientific, military and mining structures. The bright blue ones are Copper sulfate solution being dried out of solution. You can see the harvesting machinery in the one on the left (link below) near the crux of the angular conjunction. Just  zoom in on Google earth. The mining operation can be plainly seen by following the major roadway leading northeast from the site to the mountainous looking terrain north of the wide bisecting street. To the right of that you will find a group of other grid patterns that are a giant windmill farm. This grid pattern is not in the Gizmodo shots. It is located surrounding 40º40' N 95º45' E. This windmill farm has one section that is six miles long by four miles wide.

The grid pattern in the last gizmodo shot is of a giant radio telescope being built there. It is in a cross pattern if you zoom out a bit. If you zoom in much closer wou will see another grid pattern that has an alignment of tower structures that are arranged in a pattern of 4x6. I believe these to be antennae frameworks.

The concentric ring pattern is of an abandoned nuclear test zone that went unused after the Chinese gave up nuclear testing.

The square block buildings are part of another bomb testing facility, obviously for conventional bombs judging from the blast pattern and crater visible in the photo.

The facility with the cooling towers is probably just what it looks like. A nuclear power plant for the desert operations. They probably need it for times without much wind.

To Mark Levin.

A message to Mark Levin on his facebook page from me:

Mark. I don't think anybody has realised the link between Herman Cain's problems and Bill Clinton and the slapdown that Herman did of his healthcare plan in a debate in 1994 WHILE HE WAS AT THE National Restaurant Association.

This is why there is a link to the charges at the NRA and no other place. Clinton went after him back then for making him look bad. I'll bet we can find a link between these women and the Clinton administration.

Lakeshore and The Chronic Homeless Plan

I just sent this email to Hallerin Hilton Hill at WOKI. He seems to think people in South Knoxville are needlessly paranoid about our treatment by the city fathers.

Guess what the new facility for the "Chronically Homeless" in South Knoxville is really for Hallerin? It just so happens that Lakeshore will be shut down soon. I get this information mere hours before it will be announced to you in the press. Guess where those people will wind up? And now the Ten Year Plan is dead in the water with only one Facility built. Guess where that is Hallerin? Still think people in South Knoxville are paranoid Hallerin?

This has been a damned setup the whole time. And you're probably still going to put the blinders on for it.
I hope they pay you well. Do you sleep well Hallerin?

PS!
The Email address given by WOKI for his show kicks the emails back as undeliverable.

An open letter to the Right to work Foundation and Organized Labor

To Mark Mix at the Right to work Foundation:

Here's a question for YOU. Why haven't you pointed out that the UAW still has a $1 billion strike fund when we the taxpayer bailed out their jobs. They should have to fork that over to us.

Why haven't you done anything about this?

Why am I not believing you are serious?

To the leaders of the UAW:

You don't make me believe one word coming from your mouths. You have a billion dollar strike fund still available after the American taxpayer bailed your sorry asses out. You helped create this mess with overburdensome benefit packages you struck for. Making American Auto manufacturing uncompetitive with the rest of the world.  Your union should be banned until we can confiscate that fund.

Cough it up or shut up.

Herman Cain and the 15 minute gap

Answer me this question. How do you reach up a skirt and drag somebody's head down at the same time. One hand would block the other. Try doing this in a car seat. I dare you to test what she said in an actual factual setting. Think of the physical movements needed to do this.

It's kind of like the 15 minute gap in the Watergate tapes and the stretch that Nixons Secretary would have had to do to erase that tape.

It doesn't make any sense.

And Mark Levin pointed out that she didn't tell Mr Cain why she went out for drinks and then to dinner with him until they were seated for dinner. Kind of sounds like she was leading him to the pasture in the first place.

Roach patrol

I know a way to trap Roaches with a clarion call! I found a stove with a problem in it's electronics. It was jam packed with roaches. They were all pointed toward a single chip inside the controller box. I am working towards making a device that will draw roaches out of the woodwork.

The Debt Limit Plan

So they have reached a deal have they? Lets take some time and read this puppy. We don't need anybody rushing this thing into law before we see what the wording contains. If it's like the budget deal and the health care deal, We need to think long and hard before passing it. I want to see the bill number for the House before they even schedule a vote.
I smell railroad job here and a big dead rat next to the tracks.

Backdoor Stimulus

The Obama Administration has released part of the Strategic Oil Reserve to ostensibly combat oil prices. But it's really a campaign move. It's designed to leave more spending money in peoples pockets just before the election cycle.

That's what this is. A backdoor stimulus package. I'll bet there are other things they are going to do. Did you notice how easily we got the ethanol subsidies cut? Corn prices will drop now, making food prices for things like Beef go down. There is a pattern. This was the very week of the troop drawdown announcement.

Yes the campaign is in full swing mode.
I wonder what kind of other backdoor stimulus these guys are hatching?

Online ammo purchases

There was a law that was knocked down in California that required fingerprints and ID to get ammunition, thus outlawing online sales. I applaud that decision.

What the left doing here is using the falacious argument of who should be ALLOWED to have a gun. They set up the scenario by weakening sentencing laws so people would be afraid of the felons getting out and getting guns. Then they say that everybody should have to pass a background check to get a gun so felons can't get them. The huge hole in the argument is that if a felon wants a gun he's going to get one and background checks be damned. He's a felon after all and doesn't care about laws. This is used to get information on who has applied for PERMISSION to have a gun. This way they will know who to confiscate them from. They've been working on this for a very long time. They are statists who want to establish a dictatorship.

If you think somebody is too dangerous to have a gun, they should still be behind bars. They don't care about your stupid laws. And you know it.

To be a conservative

Do you know what it means to be a "conservative"? We believe that since the turn of the last century this country has been dragged down a liberal path to hell. The imposition of morals laws was the beginning of this move. The prohibition movement and then the marijuana tax act of 1920 led America down a path of statist control over our lives that must be broken down to it's very roots. They began to push for the income tax and that led to using the tax code to control the states. Drive 55, low flow toilets and Curly Fry Light bulbs are just a few of the things that they impose on your daily life in the interests of taking care of you because "you don't know any better". They have promoted the assasination of babies and saving murderers from execution. It is the movement to immerse this nation and the world with doublespeak so they can control you through language and thought. They are taking our property rights and attempting to take our guns so we can't defend ourselves from them.

Now they want to take control of your medical decisions through government run health care. They want this so they can get rid of you after your useful years are behind you. Do the words Death Panels ring any bells? This is being done so they can keep their power and say that Social Security is solvent, and they were right all along. The faster you die under state medicine the sooner they get to stop paying you benefits.

Get a clue people. It's coming if we don't drive the statists from the republican party and use it to drive the communists from power in Washington.

Birther Finale

If you are one of the people who said he couldn't get a copy of this form because Hawaii only releases the COLB. YOU WERE WRONG.

This was a way of getting juice "gravitas" for their plant candidate for the republican nomination, Donald Trump.
Otherwise why wait until now.

Like I said before, this issue is being led by a foreign born attorney(Orly Taitz) , a former Wraaassler trying to sell a book to his mindless fans(Jessie Ventura), a nutbag conspiracy theorist(Alex Jones), and a reality show TV host (Donald Trump) who contributed to as many lib dem candidates as a socialist party leader.

Who wouldn't suspect a conspiracy from those people?

The birther issue redux

Obama is sitting there getting cockier by the minute. Know why? Because he's letting you people look like a bunch of fools. He's going to pull the rug out from under you close to election day. He's dangling that birth certificate in front of you like a bone in front of a dog. At the last minute he's going to jerk it away with a copy of the full certificate. Then if you dispute that one, he's going to have a fresh race card to use against you. Drop this right now. Trump is on his side. I wondered why the hags on the View didn't scream at him when he was on. It was more of a half hearted acting job. They actually let him speak. Now the MSM has started to let the issue come to the surface. DON"T YOU WONDER WHY?

Honing the argument for the Fair Tax

Here's some facts:

The Fair Tax eliminates double taxation of the working person. As it currently stands you have taxes of various kinds deducted from your paycheck, only to turn around and pay it again at the store embedded in the price of the goods you buy. The Fair Tax will eliminate the deduction from your pay and leave the embedded tax at the end. What doesn't seem like a win there?

I know many people try to obfuscate that part of the deal. But it is incontrovertible proof that it will EASE the burden on the middle class.

Secondly, the Fair tax eliminates an embeded 23% tax on our exports. What do you think will happen when our products suddenly become 23% cheaper on the world market?? Can you say jobs? Manufacturing returning to the US?

Thirdly, The Fair Tax eliminates the control mechanisms that the income tax uses to social engineer our lives.

Fourth, The Fair Tax will create a haven for investment money that is currently sheltered outside the country, about 6 trillion dollars worth. That will flood back to the safety of American shores.

Do you think that might just create some jobs?

Fifth, The Fair Tax has a prebate for all taxes collected on sales up to the amount of the poverty line. totally eliminating taxation of the poor.

Now tell me what's wrong with that?

Any Pretext in a Storm

Taking a cue from Rahm Emmaunel's book, the Saudi's have sent 1,000 troops into Bahrain to "help" their neighboring despots maintain power. The UAE has sent 500 policemen. I wonder if there will be some sort of escalation on the Saudi's part in order to form the new Caliphate? Only time will tell, but I'm wagering that the King and his family will be "kept safe" by the Saudi's only as long as it suits Al-Saud.

This seems to be getting very small play in the press because of their zeal in trying to take advantage of the Japanese Calamity to foster fear of Nuclear power. I wouldn't put it past some of the Coal Barons to sent a couple of guys with Laws rockets to further damage the Nucleear plants.
They don't want to lose market share to Nuclear any more than Duke Power wants to compete with TVA.
There's trillions of dollars at stake. Does anybody doubt a motivating factor?

A prediction

The new lead paint remediation laws handed down by the EPA will cause a sharp drop in existing lower income housing stocks due to the high cost of remediation vs. the return on investment. Considering the lack of a tax incentive or writeoff balance, there will be a new willingnesss to just tear them down and let the land grow over. many will simply let the property go to municipalities for taxes and throw the burden on the backs of the taxpayer.

The self defeating philosophy of the left

The decline of the unions began with the advent of the welfare state. It took all of the people who were lazy enough to want to be part of a mob and made them so lazy that they wouldn't even show up to work. Thus the impetus for Union formation was no longer present. It takes a lazy man to want to ride the back of another. But if you can coerce them into not working at all they will sit on their ass and collect a check if they can.
FDR was the "friend" of the union man so much he didn't see the consequences of his largess. This was later reinforced by LBJ and the Great Society which not only rang the death knell of the Liberal Union but the Liberal Family to boot.

Add to this the abortion factor and the left is becoming so far gone that they couldn't be brought back from the brink of extinction by an epiphany. Their malaise is so deep that they will sit on their collective butts and wither away without ever leaving heirs to their ideals. It would crimp their lifestyles to have children. They see children as a burden and a punishment.

They thought they would do it with the schools, but we are taking those back from them. Witness the Wisconsin Taxpayer Rebellion. They have elected a Republican majority in a northern liberal state that was the first to have a public employee union. The unionist leftists are dying off too fast now for any real comeback. It is something to behold. Watching history in motion and knowing what will happen in advance. All that is needed is a little common sense. When you couple the lifestyles of these party hardy liberals with their propensity for birth control and abortion, it becomes obvious to any but the most blind observer. Within 4 years there will be almost no appreciable resistance left.

Let us hope that we pick a President this time that can lead us into the conservatism we need to vanquish the injuries they did to our culture. Let this be the new era of American Exceptionalism.

Collective Bargaining or Mob Coersion?

It shouldn't be called collective bargaining. It's really Mob Coersion.
They make you an offer you can't refuse.
The unions should be broken up like the old monopolies were like Standard Oil and ITT.
The AFL-CIO-CLC and Teamsters and SEIU are monopolies just like those were.

The UAW has a strike fund of nearly a billion dollars and they won't put it toward the bailout of GM but they took the rights of the bondholders away and gave them to the unions. This is nothing but blatant extortion. That strike fund should be confiscated and given to the bondholders for what was taken from them.

The Great Middle East Rebellion

We need to analyze this situation without partisan bickering. There has to be understanding of what's going on there.

These people are seeking the return of the Caliphate that the Turks dismantled. Ataturk eliminated that institution.

They want a Caliphate, but they all want to be the Caliph. This will cause the Arab/Muslim world to descend into chaos and all out war for decades. Unless the House of Saud takes initiative to form the Caliphate themselves I can see no hope of it ending in anything but a long bloody mess.

What I can see is the Saudis taking control of the Suez and most of the oil trade in the region. If there's one thing the House of Saud has going for it in this mess, it's their position as Guardians of Mecca and Medina.

I just don't know what to make of what the world would be like with a new Caliphate led by the House of Saud. How large would the boundaries be?

The Passing of Royal Marshall

Royal Marshall of the Neal Boortz Show passed away suddenly of a heart attack at the age of 43, the same age that my cousin Jimmy Pickens died. This has struck me with a bit of revisited shock since I am an avid listener to the show and it's similarity to my cousins passing. Royal is survived by a wife and two little girls.
The Boortz clan is setting up a memorial fund for the protection and education of these little girls. I suggest you go to http://boortz.com/ and make a contribution.

State of the Union

The recent request by certain democrats to sit together in the well of the House for the state of the Union Speech is nothing more than a posturing trick.
The intent of this trick is to make the Republicans appear to be supportive of President Obama during some of the more liberal parts of his speech. It is also an attempt to make the TV coverage about some sort of "untiy" behind the President that they can use against the right wing of the party. Attempting to marginalize the right by making it appear that the "moderates" in the Republican party stand with the President and the Democrats.
Just say no to trickery from the left.
